I really want to start a penpal group but I'm just not sure how to go about it. I do know that I want to do so that people would be paired off like once a month or something instead of just have a list of people who want a penpal. I don't think that way works very well. I'm going to brainstorm this idea because I just really love the idea of a penpal. Any ideas or tips for me
